Method
Cocktail
Build and stir
Fill a mixing glass with the ice cubes. Pour Nolet's Silver Gin, Campari, and Carpano Antica sweet vermouth into the mixing glass. Stir gently for 20–30 seconds (about 20–25 full stir strokes) until the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted (glass will feel cold and slightly damp).
Strain
Place a rocks glass or short Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice (one large cube or several smaller cubes). Strain the chilled cocktail from the mixing glass into the prepared glass.
Top with Prosecco
Carefully top the cocktail with about 2 oz (a gentle pour) of chilled Torresella Prosecco to preserve carbonation and create a light effervescence. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon if you want extra gentleness.
Garnish and serve
Express an orange twist over the drink to release essential oils, then run the twist around the rim and drop it into the glass as garnish. Serve immediately.
