Method
Drink Preparation
Mixing the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Seedlip Spice, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of organic agave nectar.
Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
Hibiscus Infusion
Preparing Hibiscus Tea
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat.
Steeping
Let the hibiscus flowers steep in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
Strain and Cool
Strain the hibiscus tea into a separate container and allow it to cool.
Final Assembly
Adding Hibiscus
Once the hibiscus tea is cool, gently pour it over the strained drink in the glass for a beautiful layered effect.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a few dried hibiscus flowers on top and serve immediately.
