Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch thick slices and toast in the oven until golden brown.

Prepare the Bruschetta

Dice the tomatoes and chop the fresh basil. Mince the garlic cloves. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Make the Tomato Topping

Top each toasted slice of bread with the tomato mixture and serve with a glass of white wine.

Assemble the Bruschetta

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil on them and place in a baking dish.
