Cocktail Directions
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Patron Silver, 1 oz of Amaro Nonino, and 0.5 oz of rosemary-peppercorn syrup.
Add Ice and Shake
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Dump the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a few black peppercorns for added aroma.
Rosemary-Peppercorn Syrup Directions
Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, and 1 tsp of black peppercorns.
Simmer the Mixture
Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
Infuse Flavors
Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Cool and Strain
Remove from heat and let the syrup cool. Strain out the rosemary and peppercorns before bottling.
Store the Syrup
Store the syrup in a clean bottle in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
