Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

2

Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Stuff the chicken cavity with 1 cup of the prepared stuffing.

3

Prepare the Duck

Season the duck with salt and pepper. Stuff the duck cavity with 2 cups of the prepared stuffing.

4

Prepare the Turkey

Season the turkey with salt and pepper. Stuff the turkey cavity with the remaining stuffing. Place the stuffed chicken inside the duck, and then place the duck inside the turkey.

5

Roasting

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the stuffed turkey on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Brush the turkey with melted butter and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for about 4-5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting every hour with the pan juices.

6

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the turducken from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
