Pint of Italian salad dressing.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until well blended.
Stir in the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
Pour the dressing into a pint-sized jar or container with a tight lid.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Shake well before using.
