Pour 2 oz Suntory Toki into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Smell to appreciate green apple and honey aromatics, then sip slowly to register the fresh profile and subtle bitter herb notes.

Serve neat

Place 1 large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Measure and pour 2 oz Suntory Toki over the ice. Allow 30–60 seconds for slight dilution and temperature chill, then garnish with a thin green apple slice on the rim or floated on top.

Serve on the rocks

Fill a tall highball glass with large ice cubes or compact crushed ice to the top. Using a jigger, measure and pour 2 oz Suntory Toki over the ice.

Slowly add 3 oz chilled soda water down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. Use a bar spoon to give one or two gentle turns — do not over-stir — just to integrate the whisky and soda while retaining bubbles.

Express a lemon peel over the glass (optional) to release bright citrus oils, then discard or rub the peel on the rim. Garnish with a thin green apple slice placed on the rim or floated on the drink.

Serve immediately with a straw or sip straight from the glass to appreciate Toki’s green apple, honey, and light herbal bitterness. If desired, adjust soda ratio to taste (more soda for a lighter drink).
