- 1
Build & Shake
Add Midori, dry Curaçao, Lucky Tonka liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full). Cap and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well-chilled and slightly diluted.
- 2
Prepare Glass
Fill a highball glass with fresh ice (large cubes preferred).
- 3
Strain & Top
Double-strain the shaken mixture into the ice-filled highball glass to remove small ice shards. Top with 3 oz chilled soda water or tonic, gently stir once with a bar spoon to combine (3–4 gentle turns) so the carbonation remains lively.
