Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Pinot Noir grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are free from blemishes and rot.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes and remove the stems. This will release the juice and skins, essential for color and flavor.

Crushing and Destemming

Transfer the crushed grapes to a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and sugar to the mixture. Allow it to ferment at a controlled temperature (around 18-22°C) for 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid (wine) from the solid grape skins and seeds.

Pressing

If desired, allow the wine to undergo malolactic fermentation for a softer mouthfeel.

Malolactic Fermentation (optional)

Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging to develop complex flavors. Age for at least 6 months to 1 year.

Aging

After aging, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles and store them in a cool, dark place for further aging if desired.
