Preparation
1. Make the Marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
2. Marinate the Meat
Place the chicken thighs, pork ribs, and beef brisket into the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

3. Prepare the Barbecue Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey, mustard, and liquid smoke until well combined. Set aside.
Cooking
4. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the Meat
Remove the meat from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, the pork ribs for about 3 hours, and the beef brisket for 4-6 hours, basting occasionally with the barbecue sauce.
6. Serve
Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Slice the brisket, and serve the chicken and ribs whole with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
