Preparation

1. Prepare the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

2. Marinate the Ribs

Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking

3. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 175-200°C / 350-400°F).

4. Grill the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade (discard the marinade) and place them on the preheated grill. Grill for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender and have a nice char.

5. Add Additional Sauce

During the last 15 minutes of cooking, brush additional barbecue sauce onto the ribs for extra flavor and glaze.

Serving

6. Garnish and Serve

Once the ribs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Slice the ribs between the bones, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
