Method
Prep
Make fresh watermelon juice (if not pre-made)
Cube about 2 cups of seedless watermelon and pulse in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove pulp. You need approximately 2 oz (60 ml) of juice per cocktail.
Chill a rocks or coupe glass in the freezer for a few minutes (optional).
Rim & Assemble
Add the Casamigos Blanco (2 oz), Grand Marnier (0.5 oz), fresh watermelon juice (2 oz), fresh lime juice (0.75 oz) and agave syrup (0.25 oz, optional) into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice (about 6 cubes), secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and a small watermelon cube or thin watermelon wheel on a pick. Serve immediately.
