Prepare and shake
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 1.5 oz Belvedere vodka, 0.5 oz Chambord, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch.
Strain and top
Double-strain the mixture into a chilled large wine glass or an oversized coupe filled with fresh ice (if preferred). Gently pour 3 oz chilled Mionetto Prosecco over the back of a spoon to preserve bubbles and create a layered look. Stir once gently with a bar spoon to integrate without flattening the prosecco.
Garnish & Finish
Skewer two berries (one raspberry and one blackberry) on a small cocktail pick and rest it across the rim of the glass. Express a lemon twist over the top of the drink to release oils, run it around the rim, and drop it into the glass or place on the rim as a finishing accent.
Serve immediately while the prosecco is still effervescent. Provide a small stirrer so the guest can gently re-mix as the drink sits.
