1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Peel and grate the carrot. Slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, grated carrot, cucumber slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.
3. Add Feta and Dressing
