Infuse the Vodka

If you haven't done so already, infuse the Bagger Vodka with roasted garlic a day in advance. To do this, combine 1 cup of vodka with 5-6 cloves of roasted garlic in a jar and let it sit for 24 hours. Strain before use.

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the St. George Green Chili Vodka, roasted garlic infused Bagger Vodka, pickle brine, olive brine, pepperoncini brine, and black pepper.

Shake

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the flavors.

Serving

Strain and Garnish

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the pepperoni slices on a skewer or placed on the rim of the glass for a pop of flavor.
