Scoop Ice Cream
Using an ice cream scoop, place 2 cups of pistachio almond ice cream into a large mixing bowl.
Add Liqueurs
Pour 1 oz of crème de cacao and 1 oz of crème de noyaux over the ice cream in the bowl.
Mix Ingredients
Gently fold the ice cream and liqueurs together with a spatula until well combined and creamy.
Add Cream Soda
Slowly pour in 4 oz of cream soda while gently continuing to fold the mixture until it is well blended and has a light, fluffy texture.
Serving
Serve
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls. You can garnish with crushed pistachios or a cherry, if desired.
