Method
Prepare the Mango Margarita Base
Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the mango sorbet, triple sec, tequila, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill the Mixture
Place the blended mixture into the freezer for about 10 minutes to slightly firm up.
Assemble the Drink
Serve the Margarita Base
Scoop out the chilled mango margarita base into a glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
Add Ice Cream and Liquor
Add a scoop of Sierra Mist Bunny Tracks ice cream on top of the margarita base. Then pour in the skrewball and Mozart chocolate liqueur over the ice cream.
Top with Root Beer
Gently pour root beer over the top to create a bubbly effect. Optionally, garnish with a lime wedge or mint leaves.
