Preparation of Vegetables

1

Wash and Cut Vegetables

Thoroughly wash the cucumber, carrots, and celery stalks under cold running water. Peel the carrots if desired. Slice the cucumber into rounds, cut the carrots into sticks, and chop the celery into 3-inch pieces.

White Bean Hummus Preparation

2

Blend Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the canned white beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

3

Adjust Consistency and Flavor

If the hummus is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Season with ground black pepper to taste.

Ranch Dressing Preparation

4

Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

5

Taste and Adjust Seasoning

Taste the ranch dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more salt or pepper according to preference.

Serving

6

Arrange and Serve

On a serving platter, arrange the cut vegetables neatly. Serve the white bean hummus and ranch dressing in small bowls alongside the vegetable tray.
