Daurade Entière au Citron
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Clean the whole sea bream and pat it dry with paper towels. Make three diagonal slashes on each side of the fish.
Rub the fish inside and out with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stuff the cavity of the fish with slices of one lemon, garlic cloves, and a mix of thyme and rosemary.
Place the fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon over the top of the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with additional lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
