Cook the eggs to your preference (scrambled, sunny-side up, or over-easy) in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Prepare the Eggs

If choosing hash browns, cook according to package instructions until golden brown. For grits, bring water to a boil, stir in grits, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened.

Prepare Hash Browns or Grits

Choose your meat option(s) and cook accordingly. Fry bacon until crispy, cook sausage links and patty in a skillet until browned and cooked through, or heat ham slices in a pan.

Cook the Meat

Toast your choice of biscuit, toast, English muffin, or bagel until golden brown.

Prepare Bread

Plate the cooked eggs, choice of hash browns or grits, meat selection, and toasted bread. Serve hot.
