Assembly Instructions

1

Cooking the Beef Patty

Grill or pan-fry the Kilcoyne Farms beef patty over medium-high heat until it reaches your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium. In the last minute of cooking, place the American cheese slice on top of the patty to melt.

2

Toasting the Roll

While the burger is cooking, toast the potato roll on a separate skillet or grill until golden brown.

3

Assembling the Burger

Spread the BBQ sauce on the bottom half of the toasted potato roll. Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese on top, followed by pickled jalapeños, a generous spoonful of bacon jam, and two onion rings. Top with the other half of the roll.

4

Serving

Serve the Rodeo Burger immediately with your choice of sides.
