Fit Turkey Wrap

In a large brew kettle, heat 5 liters of water to about 160°F (70°C). Add 8 cups of pale malt and 1 cup of caramel malt. Stir well and maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, sparge the grains with hot water and collect the wort. Bring the wort to a boil and add 2 cups of Cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller. Once cooled, transfer to a sanitized fermenter and pitch the yeast. Allow fermentation for 1-2 weeks.

Sparge the grains and collect the wort. Bring to a boil, adding 1.5 cups of Citra hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

Cool the wort, transfer to a sanitized fermenter, and pitch the London Ale yeast. Allow fermentation for 1-2 weeks.

Heat 5 liters of water in a brew kettle to about 160°F (70°C). Add 7 cups of pilsner malt and 1 cup of crystal malt. Stir and maintain for 60 minutes.

Sparge and collect the wort. Boil it, adding 2 cups of Amarillo hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

Cool the wort, transfer to a sanitized fermenter, and pitch the New England Ale yeast. Allow fermentation for 1-2 weeks.
