1. Gather Ingredients
Collect Elijah Craig Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, and Toasted Barrel Bourbon.
2. Measure the Liquors
Using a jigger, measure 1 oz of Elijah Craig Bourbon and pour it into a tasting glass.
3. Add Rye Whiskey
Measure 1 oz of Rye Whiskey with the jigger and pour it into the same tasting glass.
4. Finish with Toasted Barrel Bourbon
Finally, measure 1 oz of Toasted Barrel Bourbon and pour it into the tasting glass.
5. Combine and Stir
Gently stir the mixture in the tasting glass to combine the flavors. Set aside.
Preparation of Tequila Flights
6. Gather Ingredients
Collect Casamigos Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo Tequila.
7. Measure the Tequilas
Using a jigger, measure 1 oz of Casamigos Blanco and pour it into a separate tasting glass.
8. Add Reposado Tequila
Measure 1 oz of Casamigos Reposado with the jigger and pour it into the same tasting glass.
9. Finish with Anejo Tequila
Finally, measure 1 oz of Casamigos Anejo and pour it into the tasting glass.
10. Combine and Stir
Gently stir the mixture in the tasting glass to combine the flavors.
Serving
