Preparation

1. Cook the Noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 4-6 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

2. Make the Chili Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste until well combined.

3. Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice noodles, the chili vinaigrette, and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.

4. Add Toppings

Chop the green onions and cilantro, then add them to the noodles. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
