Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 4-6 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice noodles, the chili vinaigrette, and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
