Method

Prep Glass

1

Rim the glass

Run the cut edge of the lemon wedge around the outside rim of a tall Collins or highball glass, then dip the rim into a small plate of celery salt so it adheres evenly. Set the glass aside.

Build Drink

2

Fill the prepared glass about two-thirds full with cubed ice (approximately 1 cup).

3

Add 2 oz vodka over the ice.

4

Add 4 oz housemade Bloody Mary mix over the vodka.

5

Add 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce and 2 dashes hot sauce. Stir gently with a bar spoon or long spoon for about 10–15 seconds to combine and chill without over-diluting.

6

Taste and adjust seasoning: add a touch more hot sauce or Worcestershire if desired, and grind fresh black pepper over the top to taste.

Garnish & Serve

7

Skewer two pitted green olives on a cocktail pick and rest across the glass or drop into the drink.

8

Place a celery stalk into the drink and finish with the reserved lemon wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw.
