Method
Prepare Base & Fruit Punch Mix
- 1
Mix spirits and citrus
In a large pitcher (at least 2 quart), combine 1 cup vodka, 1/4 cup triple sec, and 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. Stir briefly to combine.
- 2
Add fruit juices
Add 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup cranberry juice, and 1/2 cup orange juice to the pitcher. Stir until evenly mixed.
- 3
Chill & Carbonate
- 4
Cover the pitcher and chill the mixed punch in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors marry and to cool thoroughly. For faster cooling, place the pitcher in an ice bath for 10–15 minutes.
- 5
Just before serving, remove the pitcher from the refrigerator. Add about 2 cups chilled plain seltzer and, if you prefer a lighter alcohol mouthfeel, up to 1/2 cup chilled club soda or additional seltzer. Gently stir once to combine — avoid vigorous stirring so carbonation is retained.
Serve
- 6
Fill each serving glass with ice cubes (about 6 per large glass). Pour the punch over the ice, aiming for roughly 10–12 ounces (about 1 1/4 cups) punch per serving glass.
- 7
Garnish each glass with a lime wheel and one pineapple chunk or maraschino cherry on a pick. Optionally squeeze an extra lime wheel into the glass for added brightness.
- 8
Serve immediately while fizzy. Stir gently in-glass before drinking if carbonation has settled.
