Instructions

1

Prepare the Mangoes

Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into chunks.

2

Make the Syrup

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool.

3

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender or food processor, combine the mango chunks, cooled syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

4

Chill the Mixture

Pour the mango mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, until it starts to firm up.

5

Whip and Freeze

Remove from the freezer, stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals, then return it to the freezer for another 2-3 hours, or until fully frozen.

6

Serve

Scoop the mango sorbet into bowls and enjoy!
