DRINKS

1

Prepare the Glass

Start by rimming your cocktail glass with chili powder. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim, then dip the rim into a plate of chili powder until evenly coated.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the chili-infused tequila, mezcal, Tunisian guava puree, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

3

Shake Well

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

4

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. If desired, you can double strain to remove any pulp from the guava puree.

5

Garnish

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass for an added touch of freshness.
