Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook until they float to the top, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Prosciutto and Peas
Add the sliced prosciutto to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in the frozen peas and cook until heated through.
Combine Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Mix Everything Together
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing gently to coat them in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
