Casserole Preparation

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, diced ham, crispy bacon, green bell pepper, onion, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.

Transfer to Baking Dish

Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add Cheese Topping

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with two eggs cooked to your liking, toast, and a dollop of sour cream.
