Preparing the Salmon

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy.

Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

Trim the ends of the asparagus, peel the carrots, and slice the bell pepper into strips.

In a separate pan, sauté the asparagus, carrots, and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
