Prepare Hibiscus Infusion
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and let it cool. This will be your hibiscus infusion.

Prepare Lunchbox Pepper
Wash the lunchbox pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Slice it thinly for garnish and flavoring.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and juice it using a citrus juicer. Set the lime juice aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, singani, hibiscus infusion, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedges and sprinkle with hibiscus petals. Add a few slices of lunchbox pepper for a pop of color and flavor.
