Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Hibiscus Infusion

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and let it cool. This will be your hibiscus infusion.

  2. 2

    Prepare Lunchbox Pepper

Wash the lunchbox pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Slice it thinly for garnish and flavoring.

  3. 3

    Juice the Lime

Cut the lime in half and juice it using a citrus juicer. Set the lime juice aside.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, singani, hibiscus infusion, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well for about 15 seconds.

Serving

  1. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedges and sprinkle with hibiscus petals. Add a few slices of lunchbox pepper for a pop of color and flavor.
