Prepare Ingredients
Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water, then dry using a salad spinner or patting with a towel. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Halve Cherry Tomatoes
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the romaine.
Make Croutons
Prepare Bread
Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
Season and Bake
In a bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare Dressing
Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assemble Salad
Combine and Toss
Add the chopped romaine and cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
Add Croutons
Top the salad with the freshly baked croutons and toss gently to combine.
