Prepare the Apple Peas

Rinse the apple peas under cold water and drain. Set aside.

Marinate the Peas

In a bowl, mix the apple peas with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

Sauté the Mixture

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the marinated apple peas and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Wine and Thyme

Pour in the Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignon and add fresh thyme. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until the peas are tender and the wine has reduced slightly.

Serving

Plate the Dish

Once cooked, remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
