Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Harvest the Malbec grapes when they are fully ripe, ensuring they are free from rot or damage.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush and destem the grapes to release their juice. This can be done using a grape crusher or by hand.

Crushing and Destemming

Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel, add the yeast, and let it ferment for about 7-10 days at a controlled temperature of around 24°C.

Fermentation

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the grape skins.

Pressing

Transfer the wine to oak barrels or stainless steel tanks for aging. Allow it to age for at least 6 months.

Once aged, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles with corks and label them.
