Columbia Valley, WA- Moderately sweet with flavors of pineapple, peach, and hints of honey. The finish is bright and crisp which cleanses the palate and provides good balance to the upfront fruit.

Chop the fresh pineapple and peaches into small pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Fruit

In a large pitcher, combine the Riesling wine, chopped pineapple, chopped peaches, and honey. Stir well to mix.

Mix the Ingredients

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their flavor, then add them to the pitcher.

Add Mint

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Chill

When ready to serve, fill glasses with the mixture and top with sparkling water for a refreshing finish.
