Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes to chill.

Prepare Your Glass

Pour 50 ml of Chivas Regal 12 Year Old Blended Scotch, 10 ml of simple syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters into the mixing glass.

Mix Ingredients

Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Stir

Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Strain

Express the oils of the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
