Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Septima Obra symbolises the combination of the best grapes coming from outstanding terroirs of Mendoza.

Carefully harvest the Malbec grapes at their peak ripeness from the vineyards in Mendoza.

Harvesting

Crush the grapes to release the juice. You can do this by hand or using a grape crusher.

Crushing

Transfer the crushed grapes and juice into a fermentation vessel. Add yeast and allow to ferment for 7 to 14 days at a controlled temperature between 20-25°C (68-77°F).

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the grape skins.

Pressing

Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Allow it to mature for at least 6 months to develop its flavors.

Aging

After aging, filter the wine and bottle it. Add sulfites to preserve the wine.

Bottling

Let the wine rest for a few weeks in the bottle before serving. Enjoy your homemade Septima Obra Malbec with your favorite dishes.
