Bloody Mary Recipe
Bold and spicy with a brightness from the lemon zest and lime zest. Lime and Lemon makes it's own bloody mary mix. There will be none of that pre-made product for us. The bloody mary mix is made from oven roasted tomatoes and garlic, fresh grated black pepper, and Indian spices.

Bloody Mary Mix
Method
Preparation
Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the Roma tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Add peeled garlic cloves to the tray. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly charred.
Make the Bloody Mary Mix
Once roasted, transfer the tomatoes and garlic to a blender. Add lemon zest, lime zest, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, celery salt, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.
Combine and Adjust Flavor
In a shaker, combine the blended mix with vodka, lemon juice, and lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or hot sauce if desired.
Serve
Pour the Bloody Mary mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a celery stalk, pickles, and olives. Serve immediately.
