Marinating the Tuna
Marinate the Tuna
In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chopped green onions. Cut the yellowfin tuna into small cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss gently to coat and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking the Rice
Cook the Jasmine Rice
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
Preparing the Bowl
Assemble the Poké Bowl
In a bowl, place a serving of jasmine rice as the base. Top with the marinated tuna, wakame seaweed, diced avocado, and shelled edamame. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with nori strips.
