Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

3. Sauté Garlic

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Stir-Fry Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.

5. Add Sauces

Pour in the gluten-free soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together.

6. Garnish
