1. Harvesting the Grapes

Select ripe Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Ensure they are free from any rot or damage.

2. Crushing the Grapes

Crush the Pinot Noir grapes to extract the juice. Keep the skins in contact with the juice for a few hours to enhance the color and flavor. Separate the juice from the skins.

3. Fermentation

In a fermentation vessel, combine the extracted Pinot Noir juice with the Chardonnay juice. Add sugar and yeast. Allow the mixture to ferment for about 2 weeks at a controlled temperature.

4. Secondary Fermentation

After primary fermentation, transfer the wine into a secondary vessel. Allow it to age for an additional 6 months to develop complexity.

5. Bottling

Once the wine has matured, carefully filter and bottle it. Ensure the bottles are sealed properly.

6. Serving

Chill the bottles in the refrigerator before serving. Pour into flutes and enjoy the vivid aromas and flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and red currants.
