Check the bottle of FAMILLE FOURAL Grenache for sediment and ensure the cork is intact. Lightly chill the bottle to the ideal serving temperature for Grenache—about 14–16°C (57–61°F). If the wine is warmer than this, place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes; if too cold, remove it 10–15 minutes before serving.

Inspect and Chill

Use a waiter’s corkscrew to cut the capsule cleanly and remove it. Position the screw centered in the cork and pull steadily to extract the cork. Wipe the bottle lip with a clean cloth or napkin to remove any cork fragments.
