Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice cubes.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it's smooth and creamy, usually about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
