Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season the cavity and skin with salt and black pepper.

2

Brown the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until the butter turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.

3

Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the browned butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4

Cook the Fish

Carefully place the branzino in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5

Add Lemon Juice and Parsley

Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it on a serving platter. Drizzle the browned butter and garlic mixture over the fish, add the lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

6

Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
