Add 10 g of combined lemon and orange zest to the mixture to introduce a fresh citrus note.

Using a saline solution, taste the mixture to balance the flavors. Add 2 tsp of saline solution as needed.

Taste Testing with Saline Solution

Introduce 5 g of savory herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) into the mixture. This will add complexity and depth to the wine.

Infusing Herbs

Dilute the mixture with 500 ml of mineral water to achieve a balanced consistency.

Final Dilution

Once all ingredients are combined and flavors are balanced, bottle the wine into clean, sterilized wine bottles. Seal and label appropriately.

Bottling

Allow the bottled wine to age for at least 6 months in a cool, dark place before tasting to allow the flavors to mature.
