Preparation
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the cut fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Add Toppings
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Allow it to melt, then top with sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, and green onions.
