Baking Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Mix Sugars and Eggs
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
