Combine the Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, Chocolate Malt, and Roasted Barley in a large pot. Add 5 liters of filtered water and heat to 67°C (152°F). Maintain this temperature for 60 minutes.

After 60 minutes, sparge the grains with hot water to collect around 3.5 liters of wort.

Bring the collected wort to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the Bittering Hops and boil for 60 minutes.

With 15 minutes left in the boil, add the Aroma Hops to the wort.

After the boiling is complete, cool the wort quickly to about 20°C (68°F) using an immersion chiller or ice bath.

Once cooled, transfer the wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel and sprinkle the Ale Yeast on top.

Pitch the Yeast

Seal the fermentation vessel with an airlock and let it ferment for 1-2 weeks at around 18-22°C (65-72°F).

Primary Fermentation

Dissolve the Corn Sugar in a small amount of boiling water and cool it down.

Prepare Priming Sugar

Once fermentation is complete, mix the priming sugar solution with the beer and bottle it in sanitized bottles, leaving some space at the top.

Cap the bottles and store them at room temperature for 1-2 weeks for carbonation.
