Base (works for any flavor)

Mango flavor (yields ~2 servings)

Watermelon flavor (yields ~2 servings)

Raspberry flavor (yields ~2 servings)

Garnish (optional)

Method

Base (works for any flavor)

1

Add 2 cups of ice to a high-speed blender. Add 1 cup cold water, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons simple syrup if using. The sugar and lemon balance sweetness and brightness; adjust later to taste.

2

Secure the blender lid and briefly pulse once or twice to break up the ice, about 5–7 seconds, so fruit blends more evenly.

Strawberry flavor (make this if you chose strawberry)

3

Add 1 cup hulled fresh strawberries to the blender (and 1 teaspoon strawberry preserves if you want a more intense flavor).

4

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and slushy. Stop and scrape down the sides once to ensure even texture.

5

Taste and adjust: if too tart, add up to 1 tablespoon more simple syrup; if too thick, add 2–4 tablespoons cold water and blend again.

6

Pour into two serving glasses, garnish with a whole strawberry and mint if desired, and serve immediately.

Mango flavor (make this if you chose mango)

7

Add 1 cup ripe chopped mango and 2 tablespoons mango nectar (if using) to the blender base.

8

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until creamy and slushy. Scrape down sides and blend another 10 seconds if needed.

9

Adjust sweetness with up to 1 tablespoon more simple syrup or thin with 2–4 tablespoons cold water as needed.

10

Pour into two serving glasses, garnish with a mango slice and mint, and serve immediately.

Watermelon flavor (make this if you chose watermelon)

11

Add 1 cup chopped seedless watermelon and 1 teaspoon lime juice (if using) to the blender base.

12

Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and icy. Watermelon is high in water so the mixture may be thinner—use less cold water in the base if you prefer thicker slush.

13

Taste and add up to 1 tablespoon simple syrup if you want it sweeter; pulse to combine.

14

Pour into two serving glasses, garnish with a small watermelon wedge and mint, and serve immediately.

Raspberry flavor (make this if you chose raspberry)

15

Add 1 cup fresh raspberries and 1 teaspoon raspberry syrup or jam (if using) to the blender base.

16

Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until smooth. Raspberries have seeds—if you prefer a seed-free drink, press the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, then return strained liquid to the blender with a few ice cubes and pulse to re-chill.

17

Adjust sweetness with up to 1 tablespoon simple syrup and thin with 2–4 tablespoons cold water if necessary.

18

Pour into two serving glasses, garnish with a few whole raspberries and mint, and serve immediately.

Garnish & serving

19

If serving multiple flavors, clean the blender between flavors or rinse thoroughly to avoid cross-contamination of flavors.

20

Serve all drinks immediately for best icy texture. Each flavored batch yields about 2 servings depending on exact fruit water content.
